Place grade level signs on the tables so everyone is organized for discussions.
Print on card stock and fold for easy sign making.

Registration lines tend to get long. Place these signs on tables along where the line forms or on a wall approaching registration so parents can read them along the way. This will save time once they reach the person collecting forms and fees.
