Due to significant hurricane damage at Pensacola Country Club, the Jerry Pate Scouting Golf Tournament, originally scheduled for October 13, has been postponed. The club has closed for an undetermined period while its team addresses cleanup and safety concerns.

We are working with the club to determine a new tournament date and will share that information as soon as it is confirmed. The safety of our players, volunteers, and course staff comes first, and we appreciate your patience as our community recovers.

While our day on the course must wait, the purpose behind this event remains just as important. Proceeds help Gulf Coast Council provide Scouting opportunities and scholarship assistance to families facing financial barriers. This tournament is an important part of meeting our annual fundraising goals and ensuring that cost does not keep a young person from participating.

If you are able, we hope you will keep your sponsorship or team commitment in place as we reschedule. For those whose support is still pending, contributions now will help sustain these opportunities while we work toward a new date.
